Page settings – MS Word cleaner added: when pasting the introduction text copied from MS Word, the system now automatically cleans and filters out hidden MS Word elements that could disrupt styling (font size, line height, font family). Basic formatting, such as bold, underline, italics, colors, and bullet points, is preserved.
Diaries – moderators can now add comments to empty diary entries.
Diaries – date and time details are displayed for uploaded videos and images below the main post.
Diaries – newly uploaded videos and photos now trigger a red flag in the activity menu for better visibility (similar to new comments).

Email notifications activated (public beta). We have launched the first version of email notifications for public testing. We plan to continue with further development after the initial user feedback and testing.
Activities section – the date of page creation has been added to the list. You can display it by hovering on the page type icon.

Activities menu – a down arrow has been added to the Activities menu for participants with a smartphone when the menu is longer than the height of the screen. This helps respondent to see that he can scroll down for more menu items.
Emails – the filter ‘Respondent status = active’ is applied by default when creating a new campaign. You can still add other groups manually (deactivated, removed etc.).
Page settings – intro text editor is now resizable horizontally.
Page settings – you can paste emoji or other character as a page icon into a new field. We have also added a page with common copy&paste emojis for research.
Page settings – a direct invitation URL has been added to the page. Moderators can send this link to a specific respondent by email and he/she will directly enter the page. The link is intended for manual sending to a specific respondent, not for bulk emails. Don’t forget to manually replace the placeholder with the specific user code.
Page settings – the pipe symbol ( | ) can be used in the page name.

Bulletin boards – private bulletin boards are possible now. We have added the ‘Respondents can see each other’ dropdown to the bulletin boards settings as well. If disabled, respondents will not see other respondents’ comments.
Lists of activities – the number of respondents who have posted any comments for bulletin board page types is displayed now, even if the required number of comments defined is not defined in the page settings. Previously, the numbers of new comnents + totals were not shown if the required number of comments was not set.

Blogs/diaries – a new button ‘+ image’ has been added below the main post. Respondents can now upload new images even after the post has been published and locked. The main way of uploading images directly into the text remains, of course.
Video rooms – we added a text block with tips and recommendations for video focus group participants.
Video rooms – The ‘Mute all’ button has been moved from webcam frame to the moderator’s top bar

Video rooms – Sometimes, moderators started a video session in a wrong room. We have added a new check point – a warning message appears to moderators, when they try to start a video session in a closed room.

Points – You can define your own point levels in the project settings (Level 1, Level 2, Beginner, Apprentice, Captain, …). Useful for gamification purposes and higher engagement.
Points – new Leaderboard page 🏆. A list of respondents sorted by number of points – another gamification feature for your community.
New user profile blocks – can be shown on a text page with user profile photo and respondent bio.
Moderator permissions – you can adjust moderator rights for moderation, access to respondent and activity management, export, etc.
Export drawings – you can export an image with all respondents’ drawings (overlapping layers).
Updated languages – Czech, English, Bulgarian, Croatian, Serbian.
Respondents – names in the list of users are clickable (edit), so you don’t need to use the edit buttons.
Emails – the ‘Sender email’ field now accepts only a correct email format.

New login page for respondents have been added. Normally, respondents join project by clicking their unique invitation link in email invitation. If they log out (or use the project address without their code), this login page appears with simplified design and option to permanently sign in.

Bulletin boards and comment blocks – comment sorting added from newest / from oldest. Set the default order in page settings.
Page settings, project settings, exports – date and time pickers have been improved.

Comments in bulletin boards and diaries are detected dynamically now – the red flagging of new posts and comments does not disappear by simply refreshing the page, but only after the user actually views the comment on the screen.
Respondents – bulk actions (activate/deativate/delete/ assign to group): the privileges for moderators and team members have been adjusted.
Video streaming – fixed synchonization for Mute icons in the moderator’s panel.
