* If the project lasts longer than one month, we will charge the project fee every active month when the study is running and has some activity. 

We also offer a free plan with the following limits: up to 5 participants (respondents+moderators+clients). Only text-based activities available. Maximum number of projects per month: 2.

A project is a virtual workspace with a unique URL address, which includes respondents, activities (chats, discussion boards, polls, …).

If you use text modules, you pay only the project fee. We charge additional fees only for video focus groups (video credits).

Fees for video focus groups (video credits)

Video focus groups require a higher level of infrastructure, so we charge additional fees for video streaming in the form of prepaid credits. The price depends on the number of participants and the length of the video FG session.

How to start?

  • Request a personal demo if you want to learn how Quallie works and check if it suits your needs. We can create a test account for you, so you can try everything and make sure that the platform works for you.
  • Create a free test account. The platform is very intuitive and we have created tutorials to get you onboard quickly. At any moment, you can reach our helpdesk and ask for help with the project setup. If you are sure Quallie works for you, drop us a line and we will switch your test account into a real one.

How to pay and when?

Let us know before you start your new project and we will confirm the price.
Our regular clients pay on completion of the project. In some cases, we may require prepayment for new customers.
We offer several payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card payment, Paypal, Wise.

What is your refund policy?

Our goal has always been to have happy users. If you are not satisfied, let us know please and we will refund your purchase right away.

Will I pay some fees if my account is not active?

No. You pay only for active projects. There are no fees if you don’t have any running projects or all your projects are closed or inactive.
