* For projects lasting significantly longer than one month, the project fee will be charged for each active month (defined as a 30-day period) during which the study is running and shows activity.

We also offer a Free plan with the following limits: up to 5 participants (respondents+moderators+clients). Only text-based activities available. Maximum number of free projects per month: 2.

Video Focus Group Fees and Credit System
Video focus groups require a higher level of infrastructure, so we charge additional fees for video streaming in the form of prepaid credits. The price depends on the number of participants and the length of the video FG session.

Payment Process and Timeline
For most customers, payment is due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, and Wise.
Will I incur fees if my account is inactive?
No, you won’t incur any fees if your account is inactive. You only pay for active projects. There are no fees if you don’t have any running projects, or if all your projects are inactive, closed or archived.
